Para mañana viernes, desde las 9 de la noche, están previstos varios actos, tradicionales en cualquier programa de Fiestas, y de sentida emoción.
Por un lado el PREGON DE LAS FIESTAS 2007, que estará a cargo de Domingo Mendoza Tacoronte, maestro retirado y que ha impartido clases en Sardina muchísimos años, recordarán que fue concejal, teniente de alcalde… durante muchos años, e hijo de Nido Cuervo, donde pronunció también el pregón del X aniversario de las Fiestas del Carmen, que cumplen ahora 30.
A continuación será la elección y coronación de
Ya a las 20,30 horas: gran verbena denominada de las Reinas del Mar, amenizada por Ritmo y Sabor.
Este programa de actos de las Fiestas de Sardina de Gáldar tiene la particularidad que cada uno de los días cuentan con un patrocinio, lo que da seguridad de mayor realce. Este día lo patrocina: Peluquería Mari y Reformas y Decoración BMM, de Sardina.
La portada del programa es un homenaje al histórico equipo de fútbol del barrio, Sardina CF, recogiendo fotos retrospectivas de formaciones del mismo. Desde aquí nos unimos a este merecido homenaje.
PD.- No habíamos dado cuenta de este tema al no habernos sido enviado el programa, como lo han hecho desde Los Dos Roques y Nido Cuervo. Ya hoy recibimos ése programa fotocopiado, pero solo hasta el día 21.

Spanish authorities have prosecuted a child for terrorism! Incredible but true!
14-year-old Èric Bertran e-mailed companies requesting labeling in
Catalan language, using the "Phoenix" monicker from the Harry Potter
books. The Spanish police accused him of organizing an Al Qaeda cell.
The authorities took him all the way to the Spanish High Court.
From August 27 to September 2, we're getting the word out, through
blogs, press releases, and other media. Here's the idea: We want this
film about the Èric Bertran case to be seen as many times as possible
from September 3rd to 9th, so that it ends up ranking in the "most
watched" circuit.
Through this coordinated effort, with the help of new communications
and information technologies, we hope to get some international
coverage of this case, and the true deficit of democracy in the
Spanish State, as well as the fact that the Catalan people are now
demanding their right to define themselves as a sovereign nation.
